The Hand Solder Operator will be responsible for the soldering and assembly of printed circuit boards assemblies.

**Essential Functions**
- Assemble components on printed circuit boards as per engineering instructions.
- Use hand soldering tools to solder components on PCBs.

**Required & Preferred Education/Experience/Skills**
- IPC Certification or past certification is a plus.
- Any relevant educational experience or certifications are a plus.
- 2+ years’ experience hand soldering and assembling printed circuit boards.

**Work Environment/Physical & Mental Requirements**
- This position operates in a manufacturing assembly environment.
- Requires frequent use of hand soldering tools.
- Requires repetitive hand loading of components on PCBS.
- Requires moving printed circuit boards and tools weighing up to 15lbs.
