**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Knowledge and Demonstration**:
Understand and effectively communicate the technical aspects of our pad printing machines. Conduct product demonstrations and provide solutions that meet the customer's requirements.
- **Sales Strategy & Execution**:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth in the assigned territory. Identify potential customers, generate leads, and close sales. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
- **Customer Consultation & Technical Support**:
Act as the technical expert in customer meetings. Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to customers, including technical consultations, troubleshooting, and training on machine operation.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends. Provide feedback to the management team on market conditions, competitive activities, and customer preferences.
- **Sales Reporting**:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, prospects, and customer interactions using CRM tools. Submit regular sales reports to management.
- **Collaboration**:
Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
- **Travel**:
Frequent travel to meet customers, attend trade shows, and participate in industry events.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Printing Technology, or a related field.
- **Experience**:Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in sales or technical sales, preferably in the printing or machinery industry. Prior experience in selling machines or similar industrial equipment is highly desirable.
- **Technical Knowledge**:Strong understanding of machinery. Ability to troubleshoot and provide technical solutions to customers.
- **Communication Skills**:Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex technical information in a clear and persuasive manner.
- **Customer Focus**:Proven ability to build strong customer relationships, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring satisfaction.
- **Sales Skills**:Strong negotiation and closing skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**:Ability to analyze customer needs, develop solutions, and overcome technical and commercial challenges.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
