**Responsibilities**:

- Create and maintain a master file of supplier data by mapping files from various sources.
- Ensure data integrity by performing comparative analysis of different sources.
- Retrieve and manage data as per the request of the team or clients.
- Regularly update existing database records to reflect accurate and current information.
- Develop and deliver presentations based on data analysis and findings.
- Communicate effectively with overseas clients, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all exchanges.

Key Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel including knowledge of formulas to enhance efficiency and accuracy in tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to effectively liaise with international clients. (Must)
- Ability to handle data with precision, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of all information.
- Strong presentation skills to clearly communicate data insights and recommendations.

**Qualifications**:

- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- A demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with a keen attention to detail.
- Prior experience in data entry or a related field will be considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
