**Employee Onboarding Support**:
- Ensure proper setup of system access and permissions for employees.
- **Technical Support**:
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to computers, laptops, and peripherals (e.g., printers, scanners).
- Provide timely troubleshooting for software and hardware-related problems.
- Maintain and update antivirus, security, and other essential software.
- **Network and Internet Management**:
- Ensure uninterrupted internet connectivity across the office.
- Monitor and address any network issues promptly.
- Coordinate with the Internet Service Provider (ISP) for escalations or maintenance.
- **System Maintenance and Upgrades**:
- Perform regular maintenance and updates on office computers and laptops.
- Keep an inventory of IT equipment and ensure functionality.
- **Asset Management**:
- Manage and maintain records of company assets such as phones, laptops, and other IT equipment issued to employees.
- Ensure proper allocation, tracking, and retrieval of IT assets during employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Coordinate repairs or replacements for damaged assets, including laptops, computers, and mobile phones.
- Arrange new SIM cards and manage related communications for employees.
- **Purchasing and Repairs**:
- Handle the procurement of IT accessories such as cables, chargers, keyboards, mice, and other hardware.
- Coordinate with vendors for the purchase of laptops, desktops, and mobile phones.
- Ensure timely repairs and servicing of IT equipment, including laptops, computers, and mobile phones.
- **Travel and Online Ticket Booking**:
- Manage and coordinate travel arrangements, including online ticket bookings (flights, trains, or buses) for employees.
- Ensure timely updates and confirmations for bookings.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:
- Track and log technical support requests, asset allocation, and resolutions.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:
- Coordinate with vendors for IT hardware procurement, repairs, or maintenance.
- Assist other departments with IT-related needs or queries.
- **Compliance and Security**:
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices.
- Monitor the secure handling of sensitive company information.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
