**Role Overview**

The Client Coordinator will serve as a key liaison between clients and internal teams. Your role will involve understanding client requirements, managing communications, ensuring deliverables are met on time, and fostering long-term client relationships. You’ll be the go-to person for updates, queries, and ensuring an exceptional client experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding ongoing projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams (development, design, QA) to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Understand client needs and translate them into clear, actionable tasks.
- Schedule and lead regular check-ins or progress meetings with clients.
- Track project milestones, gather feedback, and proactively manage any issues or changes.
- Maintain documentation of communications, updates, and feedback.
- Foster strong, trust-based relationships with clients to encourage long-term collaboration.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and providing post-project support.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in B.tech, computer Science, Business, Communication, IT, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in client servicing, project coordination, or a similar role (preferably in the IT or software industry).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Jira, Asana) is a plus.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- Client coordinator: 1 year (preferred)
- Client Communication: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
