**Job Role & Responsibilities**

**Job Overview**
- To lead the overall QA function (incoming quality, in process quality, outgoing quality, vendor parts quality & export supply quality) for the manufacturing location while interfacing with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure product quality.

**_
Responsibilities:_**
- Independent handling of all QA functions for High-end Sports bikes
- Adopting and developing new quality standards, processes, for sustaining and improving product quality
- Leading and developing a diverse team for new capabilities and high performance. Ensuring team performance in regard to DWM, SIR of parts as per plan
- Examining the outgoing vehicle quality for functional, aesthetic, safety etc.
- Ensuring products are designed with adherence to legal and safety standards.
- Process audit at vendors & shops for verification of system compliance.
- Understanding customer expectations and needs from the product.
- Developing and improving supplier quality
- Knowledge of New product development process.
- Body shop knowledge
- Interface with R&D for rectifying quality issues and analysis
- Audits
- Internal and vendor quality, TPM
- Analyzing statistical reports on quality standards and suggesting corrective measures
- Field failure analysis along with CQA - EFR / Warranty & initiating actions
- Guide concerned departments & vendors for implementing corrective & preventive actions.
