**Job Description**:
Knowledge of Software Asset Lifecycle Management

Knowledge of Software Asset Management, Licensing & Compliance

Basic knowledge about software license type, metrics

Responsible for addressing end user-specific Software requirements

Knowledge of IT request management.

Solid knowledge of inventory asset tracking and discovery systems, asset methodologies, and life cycles.

Experience interpreting licensing terms and conditions, licensing knowledge, and product use rights for defined software titles. Along with contract analysis and negotiation skills.

Responsible for reporting analysis that assists with the management of maintenance, support, and license renewals in advance of their expiration.

Interprets performance metrics, performs root cause analysis, assesses consequences, identifies solutions to issues problems, and resolves deviations.

Address all end-users requested as per defined SLA

Provide recommendations to end-users on software requirement, license purchase, or suggest alternatives.

Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel

Good knowledge of data analysis & reporting

Hand-on experience on ServiceNow or another ITSM platform for request management

Own responsibility for tracking all software assets within the organization

Develops and maintains SOPs related to request management and software usage. Prepare weekly, monthly reports for review.

Strong Written & Verbal Communication is Must.

Pay: ₹1,400,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
