**About the Role**:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX & Graphic Designer to join our team. As a junior designer, you will collaborate with our product, marketing, and development teams to create user-friendly interfaces and engaging visuals. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher or someone with up to 1 year of experience to grow their skills in a fast-paced, creative environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups using design tools like Figma, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Support the creation of marketing collateral including social media graphics, banners, posters, brochures, and presentations.
- Conduct basic user research and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Help maintain brand consistency across all designs and platforms.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design or a related field.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe-Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva.
- Basic understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Good visual design skills with an eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Ability to take feedback and make revisions promptly.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
