**Job Title**: UI/UX & Graphics Designer

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas.
- Develop creative graphics, banners, social media posts, and marketing materials.
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to enhance the user experience.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX and design trends.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **1-3 years of experience** in UI/UX and Graphic Design.
- Proficiency in **Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools**.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, design systems, and typography.
- Experience in **creating responsive designs** for web and mobile platforms.
- Basic knowledge of **HTML & CSS** (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent **English communication skills** (verbal & written).
- Strong creativity and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
