Construction Supervisor

**About Us**:
Pradhan Industries is a reputed natural graphite mining and processing company operating in Odisha for over 40 years. As part of our infrastructure expansion, we are undertaking major civil works including new plant construction, staff quarters development, and renovation of old quarters. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced **Construction Supervisor** to lead and manage these works on-site.

**Position: Construction Supervisor**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at plant site and residential quarters.
- Coordinate with contractors, masons, laborers, and site engineers to ensure smooth execution of work.
- Ensure that work is done as per drawings, quality standards, and approved timelines.
- Plan daily work schedules and assign tasks to the team.
- Maintain regular progress reports and update the management.
- Monitor material usage and ensure there is no wastage.
- Check measurements and ensure proper billing and documentation.
- Assist in procurement planning of cement, bricks, steel, sand, and other construction materials.
- Ensure proper safety of workers and cleanliness at the site.
- Oversee renovation works of old staff quarters and ensure quality workmanship.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Minimum 5-10 years of site experience in plant civil works, residential construction, or renovation projects.
- Should know how to read and understand basic civil drawings.
- Must be able to handle site activities independently and with discipline.
- Experience in supervising contractors and local labor teams.
- Basic knowledge of construction materials and their usage.
- Must be physically fit and willing to stay at or travel between project sites as needed.

- Ability to take timely decisions and manage a team under pressure.
- Must be punctual, honest, and disciplined in site management.
