Key Responsibilities:

- **Teaching and Learning**: Plan, deliver, and assess lessons in accordance with the CBSE curriculum and school policies.
- **Classroom Management**: Create a positive and inclusive learning environment, ensuring student discipline and engagement.
- **Student Support**: Provide individualized support and guidance to students, identifying areas of improvement and developing strategies for success.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**: Develop and administer assessments, evaluating student progress and providing constructive feedback.
- **Collaboration and Communication**: Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the school administration to ensure student success and well-being.
- **Professional Development**: Engage in ongoing professional development, staying updated on best practices in teaching and learning.

**Requirements**:

- **Teaching Experience**: Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience in a CBSE-affiliated school.
- **Certifications**: B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification.
- **Skills**: Excellent teaching, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- **CBSE Knowledge**: Strong understanding of the CBSE curriculum and assessment framework.
