Job title : Retail Luxury Sales

Experience preferred : 2 to 5 years
Salary : As per industry standard

You will be working with the in-house design and marketing team on the following;
- Schedule and attend store appointments for clients.
- Track and manage inventory at store
- Highlight issues and problem solve customer experience of the brand.
- Schedule and attend client calls/video calls and offer them assistance with respect to selection of jewelry
- Engage with the existing clients
- Working with the team on curated look books, newsletters and messages for clients in the effort to upsell

Qualifications & Experience;
- Moderate Experience/Curious interest in Jewelry or luxury retail
- 2 - 5 years of retail and retail management experience
- Strong customer service, management and communication skills
- Knows the basic of MS office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Good in communication (Fluency in English would be a plus)
