**GST Executive (5-8 Years Experience)**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **GST Compliance & Filing**:

- Timely preparation and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, and GSTR-9C.
- Handling GST refunds and reconciliations, especially for e-commerce transactions.
- Managing GST TCS compliance for e-commerce clients.
- **GST Advisory**:

- Providing GST-related guidance to startups and e-commerce businesses on tax planning, input tax credit, and compliance strategies.
- Assessing the GST impact on business transactions and ensuring smooth implementation of GST law changes.
- **Reconciliation & Audit**:

- Reconciling GST returns with financial records, invoices, and e-commerce platform reports (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).
- Assisting in GST audits and coordinating with statutory auditors as required.
- **Client Coordination**:

- Liaising with clients to ensure proper documentation and compliance.
- Resolving GST queries and notices from GST authorities.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Automating and improving GST-related processes to enhance efficiency.
- Staying updated with GST laws, amendments, and industry practices.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- 5-8 years of experience in GST compliance and advisory.
- Strong knowledge of GST laws applicable to startups and e-commerce businesses.
- Experience working with e-commerce platforms and GST TCS provisions.
- Expertise in tools/software such as GST portal, Tally, Zoho Books, or similar ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Chartered Accountant, Semi-Qualified CA, or relevant post-graduation in Finance/Commerce.
- Hands-on experience in startup environments and working with growing companies.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
