P-TAL (Punjab Thathera Art Legacy) is the story of a brand which started as a college project under SRCC, to revive

India's only UNESCO listed craftform of Thatheras from Amritsar, Punjab. P-TAL aims to revive the old traditions of

India in a contemporary form and take them to the world

P-TAL runs on three fundamentals - developing an organised market to promote the craft legacy of Thatheras,

creating designs for urban consumers and leveraging contemporary marketing to sell traditional art. In India, eating in

brass and copper vessels has been practised for years. Considered beneficial for health, these vessels are expensive &
harder to maintain and have lost the favour of the masses in modern times. P-TAL aims to change that and bring back

people to the rich old traditions so that people make the ‘right’ choice, not the easy one.

**Role:

- EIR**

We are seeking an experienced person from an e-commerce background, who has seen the backend of a startup.

Someone who has closely worked in a diverse supply chain and understands the challenges in D2C. Should have

worked in a growing environment to automate & streamline operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Can analyse data to forecast purchases.
- Communication skills to handle vendors & artisans
- Good understanding of the supply chain and knowledge of tools to automate it.
- Someone who can travel to different locations for procurement when required.
- Can streamline the process of order processing using different tools available for e-commerce
- Equipped to manage a team.
- Aesthetically sound and can mind-map on market product fit.
- Equipped with different Softwares like Easyecom, Trello, Zoho inventory, crest.
- Can forecast inventory movement across different warehouses.
- Good at data analysis

**Requirements**:

- Strong hold over MS Excel.
- Have exposure to platforms like Easyecom, Zoho inventory, unicommerce, shopify, Amazon, trello.
- Clear Understanding of D2C

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
