Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into sales by understanding customer needs and providing tailored relocation solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive experience throughout their relocation process.
- Provide accurate information regarding services, pricing, timelines, and special requirements (e.g., international regulations, customs paperwork, pet relocation).
- Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, logistics, and customer service to ensure smooth execution of relocation services.
- Follow up with potential clients and handle any concerns or issues that arise during or after the move.
- Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions, service details, and transaction history.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in sales and/or customer support, preferably in the relocation or logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of international relocation processes, including customs regulations and shipping protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and inquiries simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer-centric solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems to manage leads and customer information.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of languages other than English is a plus.
