**Job Description: Labor Contractor / Manpower Supplier**

**Responsibilities**:

- Supply required manpower, especially for mining and industrial operations.
- Handle labor payroll, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.).
- Resolve local and IR (Industrial Relations) issues.
- Supervise and manage workers at the site.
- Coordinate deployment, attendance, and payment of contract labor.
- Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day site activities.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in labor supply and site supervision.
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance.
- Good coordination and communication skills.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Work Location: In person
