**Job Overview**:
Ring Road Skoda Gurugram is seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused **Sales Consultant** to build and maintain lasting relationships with our esteemed clients. As a key player in the sales and customer service team, the Relationship Manager will be responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction, ensuring a smooth and seamless ownership experience, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the dealership.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Business Development**:

- Drive sales by identifying new business opportunities and ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded.
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their preferences, budget, and requirements.
- Provide detailed information about Skoda vehicles, features, promotions, and financial products to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
- Work closely with the sales team to follow up on leads and close deals effectively.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- **Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in car sales or customer relationship management, ideally in the automotive industry.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- **Customer-Centric**: Strong customer service orientation with a proven track record of managing relationships and resolving issues.
- **Sales Expertise**: Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and effectively close deals.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
