CA / MBA (Finance) with good experience in the finance and accounting industry.
Minimum of 8-10 Years of experience in Industry / Academia with strong expertise in the domain of Finance and Accounting.
Should be capable of interacting with Industry, Forums and other stakeholders in the F&A
- Single point responsibilities on the courses assigned.
- Content development (PPT/Word/Excel/One Note).
- Ability to develop eLearning content as per requirement.
- Develop assessments and learning activities including credits system.
- Planning and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (framing scripts).
- Sound interpersonal and technical management skills.
- Coordination with curators and reviewing content (Quality Control and Assurance).
- Proficient in delivering content in front of a camera and should be able to deliver high-quality output in a short span of time.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to explain complex technical matters in a simple manner.
- Regularly produce various content types and identify gaps in our content and recommend new topics.
- Ability to take on additional responsibilities in content development.
- Strong experience in proof reading
- Experience working in a team environment
