**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Telecalling Executive to join our sales and customer relations team. This role is key in maintaining and growing relationships with retailers, distributors, and potential B2B clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote products and take orders.
- Share product information, offers, pricing, and new launches confidently and clearly.
- Maintain daily call logs, feedback reports, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales team for order fulfillment and client servicing.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Handle basic queries related to product specifications, availability, and pricing.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of telecalling or telesales experience (preferably in têxtiles, garments, or FMCG sector).
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, CRM software familiarity is a bonus).
- Confident, polite, and persuasive tone with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work under targets and follow a structured calling process.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
