We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hygiene Auditor to join our team at Health and Beyond Foods. As a Hygiene Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and safety within our cloud kitchen operations. This entry-level position is perfect for recent graduates or individuals passionate about food safety and hygiene practices.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular hygiene audits and inspections of the cloud kitchen facilities.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
- Identify and report any hygiene-related issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of hygiene policies and procedures.
- Educate and train staff on proper hygiene practices and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections and findings.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to promote a culture of cleanliness and safety.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Food Safety, Environmental Health, Microbiology, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards (training will be provided).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
