Marketing Associate Intern

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

2. Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth.

3. Build strategic partnerships with hiring managers, VMO (vendor management operations) and decision makers.

4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities available in geographies like India, UK and Australia.

5. Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients and partners.

6. Manage ongoing relationships with clients and partners to ensure satisfaction and retention.

7. Maintain accurate records of business development activities and pipelines using CRM software.

We are seeking a young and dynamic professional who can grow with us.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in business development in the tech industry (staffing).
- Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth through successful partnerships and business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Previous awards / accolades or experience in sports, Trekking, Hiking, montaineering, adventure sports will be highly preferred.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹19,447.57 per month
