**We are looking for a male ERP support Executive and find the JD below**

**JD**:

- 1+ years of experience in a technical support or customer service role, preferably in a software environment.
- Basic understanding of software troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred**:

- Experience with ticketing systems and customer support tools.
- Familiarity with software development concepts and practices.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages or scripting.
- Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in using common operating systems (Windows).
- Experience with office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Soft Skills and Cultural Fit
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and Employee-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.

**Location-**T Nagar, Chennai

**Salary**:

- upto 3LPA-4LPA ( depend on interview performance)+ PF, ESI/ Group Medical Insurance.

**Gender**:

- Male only

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
