SALARY: 14 to 21k

Location: Dalhousie, Taratala

An Automobile Service Advisor acts as a liaison between the customer and the automobile service technicians. They greet customers, listen to their needs, recommend solutions, and estimate repair costs. They also communicate service recommendations and the status of repairs to the customer.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and listen to their needs regarding their vehicle's maintenance or repair requirements.
- Recommend solutions and estimate repair costs to the customer based on the technician's diagnosis.
- Schedule service appointments and ensure that all required parts and supplies are available.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and to answer any questions or concerns they may have.
- Communicate the service recommendations and repair status to the customer in a clear and concise manner.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all service transactions and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the service technicians to ensure that repairs are completed on time and to the customer's satisfaction.
- Stay current with the latest automotive technologies, products, and services.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred.
- Previous experience in the automotive industry, specifically in a service advisory role, is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with automotive software systems.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Working Conditions: An Automobile Service Advisor typically works in an automotive service center or dealership environment. The position may require standing or sitting for extended periods, as well as occasional lifting of heavy objects. The position may require working evenings and weekends to accommodate customer schedules.

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month

- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
