Roles and Responsibilities:

- Setting up copying, scanning, and storing all incoming and outgoing project document,drawings, and correspondence in both physical and digital formats.
- Quality checks and ensure approval of all documentation/ drawings prior to share with the internal or external stakeholders.
- Receive, review and record technical documents in line with company standards.
- Ensure accurate filling, labeling and version control of all documentation and maintain a systematic filling System.
- Manage document submissions, approvals and revisions for the Punjab project.
- Assist in preparing documentation for approvals, tenders, contracts and other document as per requirement.
- Maintain document register, drawing files and transmittals as per the standard.
- Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of all project and company documentation.
- Generate regular reports on document control activities.
- Support audit and compliance by ensuring timely completion of documentation.

Pay: From ₹500,000.00 per year
