**About the team**:
**What you will be doing**:

- Manage Multi Cloud Kubernetes Engineering environments used for upgrade and feature development and testing
- Develop and maintain programs, scripts, Kubernetes controllers, cluster APIs, that aid in the operation and automation of tasks using various shell and scripting languages (YAML, Json, bash, Python, and Go).
- Documenting functional product solutions as well as key FIS financial services opportunities.
- Designing a scalable, secure, high performance core service layer, integrating it with the cloud orchestration and monitoring, authoring the code and automating the deployment (CI/CD).
- Cross-team collaboration with lines of business and operations to develop new functionality.

**What you bring**:

- 9 to 13 Years of experience in Devops and Kubernetes. 4 to 5 Years of Experience as an Architect.
- CNCF Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or CNCF Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD) either one is mandatory
- Extensive experience with tools like **git, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket**:

- Hands-on experience managing CI/CD pipelines using one or more of the following**:Jenkins, ArgoCD,** Github Actions, JenkinsX etc
- Proficiency in solutions design and requirements definition disciplines leveraging model driven design-based tools and techniques
- Expertise with end-to-end **systems development life cycles and a background leading large projects.**:

- Proficient to **expert scripting and automation skills** converting manual and maintenance functions into fully orchestrated automation.
- Experience designing and implementing platforms that host shared services on vSphere, OpenStack, Nutanix, BareMetal builds

**Added bonus if you have**:

- Experience with Kyverno, Istio ServiceMesh, Tekton pipelines, Ansible Automation and Hypershift
- Knowledge of the business goals, objectives, and business operations for the appropriate FIS organization
