Telly Caller

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Outbound Calls**: Make outbound calls to potential Patients to provide information about health services, promotions, and appointments.

2. **Client Education**: Clearly communicate information about health programs, services, and benefits to potential clients, addressing any queries they may have.

3. **Appointment Scheduling**: Schedule appointments for clients interested in health consultations or services, ensuring accurate recording of details.

4. **Follow-up Calls**: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction, gather feedback, and address any concerns or issues.

5. **Data Entry**: Accurately record and update client information, interactions, and appointment details in the database.

6. **Collaboration**: Coordinate with other departments, such as scheduling, billing, and healthcare providers, to ensure smooth client experiences.

7. **Targets and Reporting**: Meet weekly and monthly targets for outbound calls and appointment scheduling. Provide regular reports on call outcomes and client feedback.

8. **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive client experience.

9. **Maintain Scripts**: Stay updated on health services and programs to accurately represent them during calls. Maintain and follow calling scripts as provided.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
