**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Sales Calls**:

- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective international healthcare customers, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers, to introduce and sell the company’s medicines.
- Identify decision-makers and build relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry.
- **Sales Conversion**:

- Qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent and effective follow-up.
- Close sales and achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- **Market Research**:

- Conduct research to identify potential markets and customer segments within the healthcare industry.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- **Sales Strategy**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to specific international healthcare markets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine sales tactics and improve performance.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s healthcare products/services and effectively communicate their value propositions to customers.
- Stay informed about new product developments and updates in the healthcare sector.
- **Compliance and Regulations**:

- Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant healthcare regulations and standards in different international markets.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure the company’s offerings meet compliance requirements.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and market feedback.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

**Shift timings: 6PM- 3AM,7PM-4AM,8PM-5AM**

**Cab Facilities: Depends on kilometers.**

**Week off: 2 (Rotational)**

**Salary: Maximum 35k**

**Working Hours**:9 Hours**
