**JOB OVERVIEW**:
The Loading Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the unloading, handling, and stacking of cargo from incoming rakes (train wagons) as well as the loading of materials for dispatch. This role ensures the efficient and safe movement of goods, with a focus on compliance with safety regulations and effective coordination between various teams, including crane operators, yard staff, and external vendors. The supervisor will also monitor equipment, perform inspections, and maintain detailed records of receipts, operations, and safety documentation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Notify the Crane Operator Executive upon rake arrival to arrange crane operators and helpers for unloading.
- Confirm compliance with statutory and safety requirements for men and equipment.
- Oversee receipt of incoming goods and verify that items match the details mentioned in the bills.
- Inspect all goods received for quality and quantity.
- Supervise the unloading of cargo from the rake, ensuring proper procedures are followed to prevent damage.
- Perform track checks for own vehicles before dispatch
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports, including incoming and outgoing shipments, crane and equipment status, safety checks, and any incidents.
- Ensure timely update and extension of e-way bills.
- Conduct a Tool Box Talk (TBT) for crane teams to discuss safe unloading practices.
- Plan and manage material loading based on the quantity and type of stock.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
- Knowledge of crane operations, cargo handling, and safety procedures.
- Familiarity with statutory requirements for equipment and safety.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with different teams and vendors.
- Ability to operate warehouse management systems and prepare reports.

**Work Environment**:

- The job may involve working outdoors, often in varying weather conditions.
- The role may require physical labor, including walking, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Safety gear must be worn at all times, including hard hats, gloves, and other PPE.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
