We are hiring for the role of **Sales & Marketing Executive FRESHERS**

**(ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY)**:

- Researching and presenting concepts and ideas to the exhibitors and sponsors for feedback.
- Securing the venue, planning the layout, and liaising to determine their booth requirements.
- Selling exhibition space to corporate clients by establishing contact & developing relationship with prospect and recommending solution.
- Open to travel Pan India for business opportunities, if required international travel for the business purpose.
- Conclave handling.
- Lead & direct sales and marketing strategies and execution to properly define and deliver the customer value proposition and deliver a combination of higher revenue and profits.
- Promoting the show through marketing channels such as social media, mailers, advertising campaigns and other platforms.
- Running the floor to ensure the event operates smoothly.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Any degree
- Fresher
- Good computer skills with programs such as MS Office, etc.
- Highly motivated, charismatic and engaging.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to perform under pressure.
- Good communication in English, Hindi and local language.
