1. Responsible for the day to day financial functions of ITL.
a. Day to day vouchers and payments and TDS payments
b. Accounts Payable

f. Daily Fund Flow
2. Responsible for the book closing of ITL.
a. Fixed Asset Register
b. Calculation of Depreciation closing entries.
3. Responsible for presenting standardized and consolidated accounts in revised schedule VI format on a
monthly basis, taking care of accounting standards and other applicable provisions of the Companies
Act.
4. Responsible for XBRL filings.
5. Complete in charge of and responsible for all the entries in Tally.
6. Responsible for TDS Return for the company (Non-Payroll) ITL.
a. Calculation of TDS liability (Non Payroll)
b. TDS return filing except salary.
c. Distribution of TDS Certificates to vendors
7. Responsible for annual budgets of ITL.
a. Preparation
b. Monitoring
c. Variance Analysis
d. Cost optimization
e. Management Report
f. Quarterly numbers in listing format.
g. Report back
8. Responsible for Statutory Audit of ITL & its subsidiaries.
9. Responsible for Direct Tax of ITL & its subsidiaries.
10. Responsible for Indirect Taxation of ITL & its subsidiaries.
a. Calculation of Service Tax
b. Filing of Service Tax Return
c. Daily Service Tax Statement
d. Indirect Tax Report back
e. Service tax Audit
f. Input output register
11. Responsible for Issuing Purchase Orders
