Eeg Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented EEG Technician to join our medical team. The EEG Technician will be responsible for performing electroencephalograms (EEGs) to monitor and record electrical activity in patients' brains. This role requires a strong understanding of neurological function, an ability to work with various medical equipment, and excellent patient care skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Perform EEG Procedures**:

- Monitor and record brain activity during EEG tests.
- Provide clear instructions to patients and ensure their comfort during the procedure.

**Equipment Setup and Maintenance**:

- Set up, calibrate, and maintain EEG equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues during EEG recordings.

**Data Analysis**:

- Review and analyze EEG results to identify abnormal brain activity.
- Work with neurologists or physicians to interpret findings and provide assistance in diagnosing neurological disorders.

**Patient Interaction**:

- Ensure a calm and professional atmosphere for patients undergoing EEG testing.
- Explain the procedure to patients and answer any questions they may have.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Document patient information and the details of the EEG procedure.
- Prepare detailed reports for physicians and other healthcare professionals as needed.

**Patient Safety**:

- Adhere to safety protocols and infection control standards while interacting with patients and handling medical equipment.
- Ensure patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA and other privacy regulations.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with medical staff, including neurologists, nurses, and other healthcare providers, to provide comprehensive patient care.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
