Greet and assist visitors, students, and parents in a professional manner.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries related to school policies, schedules, and events.
- Maintain a welcoming and organized office environment.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute school-related correspondence, including letters, notices, and memos.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and events for staff, students, and parents.
- Maintain and update school calendar and distribution lists.
- Maintain accurate student files and records, including attendance, grades, and emergency contact information.
- Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information and adherence to data protection policies.
- Assist in the enrollment process for new students, ensuring all required documentation is completed.
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed by the administration.
- Help manage school supplies inventory, including ordering, receiving, and distributing materials.
- Support school events, such as parent-teacher conferences, staff meetings, and student activities.
- Handle mail and deliveries, ensuring timely distribution.
- Assist with managing school-related financial transactions, including collecting fees, processing payments, and maintaining financial records.
- Prepare and track purchase orders and invoices in coordination with the finance department.
- Maintain and update student information systems and databases.
- Provide basic technical support for school office equipment and technology tools.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the principal or office manager.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
