**Hiring Compliance Agent (US Logistics)**

**Job Description**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Compliance Agent to join our logistics team for US process. The Compliance Agent will be responsible for ensuring that our company is operating in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor regulatory changes and updates to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to logistics and transportation.
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits of our logistics processes, documentation, and records to identify areas of non-compliance and develop corrective actions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Provide training and education to employees on compliance policies and procedures.
- Stay up to date with changes in the logistics industry and make recommendations for process improvements to ensure compliance.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to compliance activities.
- Serve as the main point of contact for compliance-related inquiries from customers, regulatory agencies, and internal teams.
- Communicate compliance requirements to external parties, including carriers, vendors, and customers. Requirements:

- 2-3 years of experience in compliance management, preferably in the logistics industry.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to logistics and transportation.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Industry related software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
