**3D VISUALIZER**

**Key duties and responsibilities**
- 3D Modelling: Creating detailed 3D models of objects, buildings, or environments based on blueprints, sketches, CAD files, and specifications.
- Rendering and Animation: Producing high-quality, photorealistic renderings and animations that accurately represent the design concept, including exterior and interior views.
- Collaboration: Working closely with architects, interior designers, engineers, marketing teams, and clients to interpret design concepts and ensure the accuracy and alignment of visuals with project goals.
- Visual Storytelling: Creating storyboards and visual presentations to communicate design ideas and project progress effectively to clients and stakeholders.
- Project Management: Maintaining organized project files, managing deadlines, and ensuring timely delivery of visual assets.
- Quality Assurance: Reviewing and improving 3D effects, animations, and renderings to ensure accuracy, realism, and adherence to quality standards.
- Staying Updated: Keeping up-to-date with the latest 3D visualization trends, software, and techniques to continuously improve visual quality.
- Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving issues related to 3D models, renderings, or software.

**Essential skills**
- Expertise in industry-standard software like 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, and rendering engines such as V-Ray or Corona Render.
- Strong understanding of 3D modelling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and animation principles.
- A keen eye for detail, composition, color theory, and an understanding of architectural and design principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication for interacting with clients, teams, and presenting ideas.
- Ability to analyze challenges, adapt to unforeseen issues, and find creative solutions.
- Meticulousness in reviewing designs, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Efficiency in handling multiple tasks, prioritizing, and meeting project deadlines.

**Educational background and experience**
- A diploma or degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field is typically preferred.
- Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer or in a similar role, often with a portfolio showcasing high-quality work.
