3D Visualizer

As a 3D Visualizer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, photorealistic 3D renderings and visualizations of interior and exterior spaces, architectural designs, products, and concepts. You will collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and clients to interpret their vision and bring it to life through captivating visual presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

- 3D Modeling and Rendering:

- Create accurate and detailed 3D models of architectural spaces, interiors, furniture, and products using 3D modeling software (e.g., Autodesk 3ds Max, Blender, SketchUp).
- Generate high-quality still images, animations, and walkthroughs that showcase design concepts and spatial layouts.
- Conceptualization and Visualization:

- Interpret design briefs, sketches, floor plans, and elevations to visualize and conceptualize architectural and interior design concepts.
- Work closely with architects and interior designers to understand design intent and translate it into compelling visualizations.
- Provide creative input and suggest design enhancements to optimize visual impact and user experience.
- Presentation and Communication:

- Prepare and deliver visual presentations to communicate design concepts, proposals, and project progress to clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and interior designers to integrate visualizations into project presentations, marketing materials, and client pitches.
- Incorporate feedback and revisions into 3D renderings and visualizations to ensure alignment with client expectations and project requirements.
- Quality Assurance and Optimization:

- Ensure the accuracy, realism, and consistency of 3D renderings and visualizations by conducting quality checks and reviews.
- Optimize render settings, lighting setups, and material configurations to achieve optimal visual quality and rendering efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends, software advancements, and rendering techniques to continuously improve skills and capabilities.
- Collaboration and Teamwork:

- Collaborate effectively with architects, interior designers, graphic designers, and other stakeholders to deliver cohesive design presentations and solutions.
- Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and collaborative discussions to contribute ideas and insights to project development.
- Support cross-functional teams by providing technical expertise, guidance, and assistance on 3D visualization-related tasks and projects.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, graphic design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a 3D visualizer, 3D artist, or architectural renderer, preferably in the architecture, interior design, or visualization industry.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, Blender, SketchUp, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of rendering techniques, lighting principles, and material shaders.
- Excellent artistic and creative skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of 3D renderings, visualizations, and design projects.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of architectural design principles, spatial layouts, and construction methods is a plus.
