**Responsibilities**:

- Edit and produce high-quality, engaging video reels for social media platforms.
- Incorporate motion graphics, transitions, and effects to elevate the visual appeal of content.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm ideas and align with brand messaging.
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform algorithms, and content styles to ensure relevance and impact.
- Optimize videos for mobile viewing and ensure they meet platform-specific requirements.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Maintain organized project files and deliver assets in required formats.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio of short-form content and reels.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Knowledge of motion graphics software like Adobe After Effects is a plus.
- Strong storytelling and visual design skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their video specifications (e.g., Instagram, TikTok).
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and creativity.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Photography and videography experience.
- Experience with color grading and sound design.
- Knowledge of viral trends and cultural moments.
