Role: Freelance Reels Editor & AI Graphic Designer (Part‑time, Remote).

Seeking part‑time freelancers to edit short‑form vertical videos for Instagram Reels/YouTube Shorts and create AI‑assisted social graphics for brand campaigns in a clear, outcome‑focused scope.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Edit short‑form vertical videos for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts; cut, trim, and assemble footage with strong pacing, hooks, and platform‑specific formats.


• Add captions, motion graphics, transitions, music, and ensure brand consistency across assets.


• Create social‑ready graphics and thumbnails using AI‑assisted tools (e.g., Midjourney prompts, Photoshop Generative Fill, Canva) and refine outputs for final polish.


• Track basic performance and iterate based on trends and analytics; stay updated on formats, audios, and best practices for short‑form platforms.


• Collaborate asynchronously through briefs, turn around revisions quickly, and meet deadlines while managing multiple small projects.

REQUIREMENTS:


• Proficiency in short‑form editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro/FCP) and strong storytelling for social video.


• Familiarity with generative‑AI design workflows (e.g., prompt ideation, Photoshop Generative Fill) and common design tools (e.g., Canva/Figma).


• Understanding of Reels/Shorts platform norms, algorithms, trends, and optimisation basics.


• Ability to work independently, communicate clearly, juggle multiple projects, and hit deadlines.


• Provide recent examples of short‑form edits and social graphics demonstrating results‑oriented creative work.

ENGAGEMENT:


• Contract: Freelance/part‑time; workload and cadence (e.g., assets/week) agreed upfront with clear scope and basic timelines.


• Location/Time: Remote; collaboration in IST (Hyderabad) hours as needed for review cycles.


• Compensation: Pay per Asset.
