Toco, a bar and cafe reflecting India's coastal culture is in need of a Bartender. If you are someone who lives to create, learn,teach and explore all things Beverage, this is the place for you as we are looking for a core team member who absolutely loves the art of Mixology.

Responsibilities:

- Serves as a role model to demonstrate appropriate behaviours.
- Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking doors, etc.
- Maintains service and sanitation standards in bar/lounge and room service areas.
- Confidently knowing the beverage menu contents and able to explain them in detail to guests.
- Maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar on a daily basis, including requisitioning and stocking of all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments and produce based on projections from the daily functions sheet.
- Mix, garnish and present drinks using standard ingredient recipes and practice prudent portion control.
- Make sure that all areas are cleaned and maintained in accordance with operating procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 2-3 years of experience as a Bartender
- Flexibility in working hours and a willingness to cover shifts as needed.
- Ability to multi-task, organise, and prioritize work.
- Senior High School education or speciality in Hospitality.
- Motivated and committed, approaching all tasks with enthusiasm and seize opportunities to learn new skills or knowledge in order to improve personal performance.
