**Role: Intern (Growth & Marketing)**
**Location: Mumbai (Work from Office)**
We are seeking a highly motivated intern to join our team and assist with our CRM (customer relationship management) efforts. The intern will be responsible for maintaining and updating customer information in our CRM system, as well as assisting with the development and execution of customer engagement and retention strategies.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Maintain and update customer information in our CRM system. Assist with the development and execution of customer engagement and retention strategies. Help with data analysis and reporting on customer interactions and engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience. Any other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**:
Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail. Experience with CRM systems is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Clevertap is an added advantage
This is a full-time paid internship opportunity with the possibility of conversion to a full-time position based on performance.
