**Job Title: C/C++ Trainer**

**Location**: Nagpur, Maharashtra

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop detailed training materials and curriculum for C/C++ courses, including presentations, coding exercises, and assessments.
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to individuals and groups, either in-person or through virtual platforms.
- Customize training content and delivery methods to meet the diverse needs of participants, from beginners to experienced programmers.
- Provide guidance and support to trainees as they work through coding challenges and projects, offering assistance and answering questions.
- Stay updated on the latest features and best practices in C/C++ development to ensure the relevance and effectiveness of training programs.
- Evaluate the performance and progress of trainees through assessments and feedback mechanisms, adjusting training strategies as needed to optimize learning outcomes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
- Experience designing and delivering training programs, preferably in the field of C/C++ programming.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic training environment.
- Passion for learning and staying updated on emerging technologies and trends in C/C++ development.
- Additional certifications such as C/C++ Certified Professional Programmer (CPP) or Teaching Certificate in Computer Science are desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 24 per week
