Manpower Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate daily workforce allocation as per project/site requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, overtime, leaves, and shifts of workers.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and documentation of site workers when required.
- Ensure timely reporting of workforce data to HR/Head Office (attendance, OT, performance, behavioral issues).
- Act as liaison between site management and labor contractors/workers.
- Monitor workforce productivity and ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Handle basic site-level administrative work such as ID cards, PPE distribution, and documentation.
- Support supervisors/project managers in addressing workforce-related challenges.
- Assist in resolving grievances of workers in coordination with HR.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly workforce reports.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, HR, Management, or related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in workforce coordination, site supervision, or related roles.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting.
- Ability to handle site-level workforce challenges effectively.
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance will be an advantage.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
