**Job Summary**:
The Medical Coding Trainer will be responsible for providing education and training to students who want to become medical coders. The Trainer will develop and deliver training materials, create lesson plans, and evaluate the progress of students

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- 1. Develop and deliver training materials for medical coding courses
- 2. Create lesson plans and update them regularly
- 3. Deliver lectures and presentations to students
- 4. Provide guidance and support to students to help them learn and understand medical coding concepts to crack the board exams and interviews.
- 5. Develop and administer tests and exams to evaluate student progress
- 6. Monitor student attendance and participation
- 7. Maintain accurate records of student grades and attendance
- 8. Participate in curriculum development and improvement activities, revisions, exam preparation etc.
- 9. Stay up-to-date with changes and updates to medical coding standards and guidelines
- 10. Conduct assessments to measure the effectiveness of the training
- 11. Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement to students and colleagues
- 12. Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required.
- 13. Maintain accurate progress grades, including grades, attendance, and course schedules
- 14. Participate in student recruitment and retention initiatives.
- 15. Provide comprehensive support to students throughout their academic journey to upskill students to get medical coding employments.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
