**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Verifying all the leads given by the marketing team on an everyday basis
- Assign the verified leads to the business managers
- Ensure the assigned leads are followed up by the business managers for sale closures
- Get a regular update from the business managers on the leads assigned to achieve a monthly sale target of 2Cr by business managers
- Ensure to keep the lead sheet up to date on an everyday basis and submit a report to the reporting manager daily
- Knowing all the details of the service offerings to clarify the client queries
- Regularly updating and obtaining the lists of individual contact details of the leads
- ⁠Meet and exceed sales targets set by the organization
- Stay updated with market trends to better serve clients
- ⁠Identify client needs and provide solutions through the company’s products and services
- ⁠Build and maintain positive relationships with future prospects
- ⁠Bringing clarification to the progress and performance-related expectations by conducting regular meetings with business managers and designers
- ⁠Addressing each client with the utmost respect, regardless of their tone or answer from other side
- ⁠Keep record of every client interaction and sales activity
- ⁠Understanding clients’ requirements by asking questions and qualifying them
- ⁠Keep increasing the qualification % by readdressing every unanswered lead
- ⁠Keeping the client database maintained and updated
- ⁠Preserve the company’s reputation by handling grievances
- ⁠Facilitating companies’ sales goal by going the extra mile
- ⁠Keeping a record of all the sales calls and notes of useful information

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
