1. Strategy for seamless functioning of sales incentives
2. Incentive process design.
3. Monthly incentives Payout execution
4. Building control & balances in incentives calculation & payments.
5. Co-ordination with sales & product teams
6. Preparation of various control MISs
7. Reporting Incentives status to senior management
8. Accounting entries verification.
9. Automation of Incentive for all buckets.
10. Strengthening Input data quality for calculations.
11. Co-ordination with Taxation department for various tax regulations.
12. Co-ordination with Finance department
13. Co-ordination with required stakeholders for payout execution.

**Educational Qualification**:
CA Or Any other.
