
IT Sales Executive

Attend morning sales and management meeting at 9.45am daily.
- Create daily plan to achieve sales target on daily,weekly and monthly basis.
- Report the daily expected fund details before 9.45 am.
- Create the database for performing the sales calls
- Perform a minimum number of 30 sales call a day and duly enter in CRM without fail
- Conduct and attend sales meetings and submit the meeting review to the team.
- Create and submit sales proposal and upload the copy in CRM
- All the activities during the sales should be duly updated in the CRM system without fail.
- Conduct timely follow-up with clients. Key responsibilities
- Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized sales strategies.
- Maintain knowledge of all services offerings of the company.
- Manage high volume of phone calls and provide response to all maintaining high quality of services and performance standards.
- Facilitate sales of all services according to company and client requirement.
- Coordinate with clients and avoid any discontinuation from his or her end.
- Administer all clients’ complaints and ensure timely resolution within required guidelines.
- Perform troubleshoot on all client service issues and schedule all field service calls as required.
- Manage and process and correspondence with clients.
- Schedule all client appointments according to procedures and documents all customer transactions and prepare required paperwork.
- Prepare all new contracts and handle all incoming calls for the same.
- Analyze all client requirements and assist to prepare all service contracts and facilitate sales for the same.
- Perform all follow up for all outbound calls.
- Supervise all online chat sales calls for clients.
- Proven sales skills as an ability to upsell and cross-sell.
- Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches.
**Required Age: 25-28**
**Exp required**: min 01 year in sales and marketing (experience in relevant field is preferred ) Educational qualification : BE/B.Tech or BBA/MBA
**Monthly target per consultant **: 5 lakh Total sales target per month : 20 lakh
**Products To Focus **: Websites : (E-Commerce, Wo-Commerce, Static, Dynamic), Mobile Applications, Software Development ( Crm Systems )
**Basic Technology Ideas Required **: PYTHON/DJANGO, PHP/CODEIGNITOR, FLUTTER, WORD PRESS, HTML5, CMS
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
