We, CodeAce IT Solutions LLP is looking for Tele Sales Executives (females preferred) who are “great at selling” and “engaging” with customers on phone, for our upcoming Real Estate App, Brokees.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Calling inbound leads on phone (no cold calls)
- Manage our in-house CRM software
- Explaining our services to customers on phone with the goal of building trust
- Understanding customers’ requirements and guiding them to choose a suitable service/product from our portfolio
- Using pre-built proposal templates to quickly create personalised proposals for customers when required
- Meticulously follow up with prospects and our field agents
- Excellent verbal and written Malayalam and English communications skills are a must._
**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
- Good knowledge of relevant sales tools (e.g. CRM) and telephone systems
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Very friendly and cool-tempered; should be easily able to handle rejection

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
