**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Project Management**:

- Coordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Manage cross-functional teams to ensure smooth collaboration.

**Technical Coordination**:

- Liaise between IT teams and other departments to identify and define project requirements.
- Oversee the implementation and troubleshooting of IT systems, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring scalability and security.

**Stakeholder Communication**:

- Facilitate communication between technical staff, vendors, and key business stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver project status updates, reports, and presentations.
- Address and resolve project-related issues in a timely manner.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure adherence to company standards, best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Perform regular audits and quality checks on IT systems and project deliverables.

**Documentation & Support**:

- Maintain accurate documentation of project scope, requirements, and changes.
- Provide end-user training and technical support as necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience (2-4 years) as an IT Project Coordinator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure, software development processes, and system integrations.

**Key Skills**:

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving aptitude.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., JIRA, Trello, or MS Project).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in the FMCG or tea industry is a plus.
- Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or IT service management (e.g., ITIL) are advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
