
Store Supervisor

Team supervision: lead and supervise warehouse staff to ensure smooth daily operations. Provide training, mentoring, and support for team members’ professional growth.
Inventory Management: Oversee receipt, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records. Implement stock rotation practices and inventory management procedures.
Coordination: collaborate with procurement, production, sales, and customer service to meet storage and distribution needs. Ensure stock levels align with demand and production schedules.
Warehouse Operations: Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of storage facilities, adhering to health and safety regulations. Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for warehouse processes. Monitor warehouse equipment usage and maintenance. Process Improvement: Identify operational inefficiencies and implement strategies to improve productivity and cost effectiveness.
Leadership: strong leadership abilities to manage and motivate a warehouse team.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills for efficient operations.
Inventory Accuracy: Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate inventory records.Technical ProficiencyFamiliarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of health and safety regulations in a warehouse environment. Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and resolve issues. Problem-Solving Ability to troubleshoot operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
EducationGraduate or any similar degree.Experience1-2 years
Technical Skills: proficiency in MS Office and other ERP software.
Equipment Operation: ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (if required).
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for team and stakeholder interaction. FlexibilityWillingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
