**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Performing market research
- Making Product quote, keeping track of payments and synchronizing with Sales team for follow up from clients
- Perform all sales related back office work in harmony with the Sales team
- Handling Sales Escalation
- Making of Contracts for and work orders with various quotations as required
- Performing market research
- Assisting and coordinating with the sales team
- Organizing staff meetings and updating calendars
- Processing company receipts, invoices, and bills
- Assisting and supporting management
- Maintaining V tiger CRM as per ISO norms
- Build positive and productive relationships with clients for business growth
- Manage all paperwork (PI etc.), filling and contracts in a well-defined structured way
- Follow up for payments with clients in proper manner
- Address client concerns promptly and professionally
- Inform clients about company products, services and promotions
- Ensure that client requests are handled timely and accurately

**Skills**
- Education & Training - Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Experience - minimum 3-4 years
- Technical knowledge of Mechanical Car Parking Systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Minimum 2 yrs. Exp in Field Sales
- Maintaining CRM software skills
