**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the internal team.
- Understand client requirements thoroughly and translate them into actionable briefs for internal departments.
- Coordinate end-to-end event planning — from proposal to execution — ensuring timelines and client expectations are met.
- Handle client queries, feedback, and ensure prompt resolutions to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Regularly update clients with project progress, changes, and approvals.
- Support the creation of pitch decks, presentations, and event-related documentation.
- Work closely with creative, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Attend client meetings, site recces, and on-ground event execution when required.

**Required Skills & Qualities**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A pleasing personality with strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
- Attention to detail and client-centric mindset.
- Basic understanding of event management processes.

**Mandatory Requirements**:

- **Fluency in English and Hindi.**:

- **Impeccable grooming and presentation.**:

- **Confidence and professionalism while interacting with corporate clients.**

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Event Management, or related fields.
- Prior experience in event or advertising agencies will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
